Thread lock request and user complaintFollow

Hi! I have a couple complaints. First off is a post in the FFXI Valefor forum entitled "State of the Union:" Link
The only purpose of this post is to flame as many as people as possible, which has been stated by the OP. Also I have two user complaints, Churchill and Fokado. Churchill seems to be under the impression that he is some e-thug and the only thing Fokado seems to do is post flames against other people. I'm sure a good 80% of Churchill's post are flames and 99% of Fokado's post are flames.

The Valefor forum used to be a place where people can come and talk about servor events or ask for help, but now it seems to have degraded to a bunch of flames.
