Sage / Guru Option: Hide StatusFollow

Hi admins, it's your favorite poster (ok, I'm probably just considered another average joe). Anyways, I have a suggestion that's been brought upon by the recent behaviour in general of the FFXI main forum in terms of ratings. Now I know that the karma system is meaningless except for filtering, and it's pretty useless anyways because of sockpuppets and proxy servers (sorry Illia, but it's the truth), even though I haven't used any to this point.

However, I have noticed recently that I and other Sages have been rated in only one direction, and it seems like once our names turn red there is some type of mentality that Scholars think we are "better" than them. The best thing that seems to happen is that we are ignored. As such, I suggest that Sages and Gurus be given an option to "hide" their status to other users. This should let everyone feel more comfortable and allow Sages / Gurus to not worry about posting.
