Sticky change requestFollow

Let this be a lesson to you all: even if you take over an old, abandoned sticky, and even if the OP of said sticky approves, DO NOT request your own sticky change. And please, rate this mistaken thread down below the filter (too bad you can't rate your own post *down*).
