Forum links on top of page????Follow

I just logged on and for some odd reason all the forum links are on the top of the page instead of the side. However, when I mentioned it in the Asylum,others were not having the same issue. Is it me, a bug, and is there anything I can do to get it fixxed? Because it is really bugging me. I have to scroll quite a bit just to view the threads. Thanks
