User rating vs. Default post ratingFollow

I just noticed that my user rating currently shows 3.72, but my most recent post (I posted just now) defaulted to 3.71 (which is where my rating was before all the server problems). I don't care about a 0.01 difference (and I would mention it if my user rating was 3.70), but if it's widespread it means anyone who is rated up/down with a low post count does not have their user rating affected. The greatest impact will be for new users who troll, flame, or be off-topic constantly but cannot be banned (because they don't spam or flood), or those who constantly post guides, help others, etc... (every thread will have to be rated up the same number of times and degrees).
