I'm thinking the counter is keeping track of everyone and not just recent visitors? Just thought you might want to look at it at some point.

Fixed. The app which does the counting only runs on one box. Someone had the ffxi jobs page loading it off the wrong one. (which would only ever increment counts). That particular box would have seen 132,000 people on the forums.. ;)
