This is the same guy who has been bugging users on the WoW boards for, oh, a good 2 or three months. They ban his username, then he makes another. Normally sticks to random PMs now. I know its the same guy cause of the contact info. As will any other person who has been on the wow boards for awhile.

I guess this guy must have a dynamic ip or something since he hasn't been IP banned yet.

Not the point Kas. No one should have to deal with PM spam here. I know its a pain the butt for the admins if he's on dial up, but I can at least get the word out for them.
