By now we can all see that threads are yellow if we haven't seen them before...but a Refresh instantly makes them white. So the "new thread color" feature seems broken in my opinion.

The option exists that would allow you to see which individual threads have been visited, and which haven't (most likel...
Do you want to leave the funky yellow post system in place, that becomes useless if you Refresh or hit the forum index? :3 (23.1%)
Take the 1 freakin cookie that I assure you, will not hurt you, install adware, make any popups, etc. It's the equivelent of a text file. :10 (76.9%)

They actually already do your suggestion on the EQOA format. We get a red link if we havnt read it before and a blue one if we already clicked it.

And yes, the creator of a poll cant vote on it, I dont know why, we should be able to cast the first vote.

I just tested this. It works (at least from that branch of the site), and it would probably be easier under any color scheme to do it like that instead of showing when new post are added to threads by updating the color of the icon. Either way works though, provided it keeps track of things.

Myself, I use the news.allakhazam.com colors except when veiwing the FFXI job forums, since you can't see them without the prefix "ffxi" in the address. It's much easier on the eyes than the blue scheme once you get used to it.
