So, I've got my files deleted, now when I try to upload a new one I get, Error: File upload failed.

This is really getting stupid. Smiley: glare

I'm willing to bet that there is some kind of deletion error, and the site thinks I still have 10 files (or whatever the max is.) Here's a list of the files that should still be there.
