How come when I use this feature and the ignored user still sends me PM's, I can see that I have a new PM? What's the point of having an ignore user function and a notification that you have a new PM if the 2 don't coincide? If I continue to ignore the user, I'll always have a notification that they've sent me a PM.
It's like when you were a kid and you got a gift from someone, only that gift was a pair of socks. Except imagine the socks were hand me downs with holes in them and were unwashed.
