Hmm. After taking a stroll over to here. I found out the truth. Well i hope so. I know I lost my ability to rate up posts. That part dont bug me. What does is that I started that thread just to get shiva ppl to post. I used rate ups to hopefully bring ppl from shiva here to post. But it backfired. If I lost it cuz of that then its not fair. IF other things was to factor in then let me know.

I think Shusio got owned by an admin for his thread, probably IN since he was the only one to post in it. I don't think IN is that bad of a guy to take away his rate up/down powers forever...then again I don't know IN that good. We should start a petition to give shusio back his arrows :P

Unless there is a severe issue at hand, we typically norate for short periods of time depending on the infraction. Norating is typically done for targeting specific people or groups of posts by small groups of people (read as intentional karma bombing) in an effort to hassle them personally. Rating someone down for a post you disagree with or feel doesn't mesh with the topic at hand is a different matter entirely.
