That's just to get what everyone else thinks should happen, but Illia, do you have any plans to unban Hellboy? (this is purely from a curiosity standpoint).

Hell no he shouldn't be. He makes more work for the admins than all of the RMT posters combined.

By the time a premium member around here gets banned, it's because they've been a ******* for months on end. Hell, the admins should probably ban more people, not unban the scant few they're willing to lose the $3/mth on.

Well, seeing how he had like 6 premium accounts, it'd be more than $3/month.

I haven't had a chance to talk to Hellboy, so commenting here would be premature.

Leave him banned, it's the only way to protect us from Magi's wang.

I think he should be unbanned. It was an accidental event where all he did was just post a magiwang. He didn't know that other people can access his pictures, and it was a stupid mistake. It wasn't like he was posting it on the forums or sending it in PMs to people.

First, uploading it on the site was hardly an accident. Second, there have been at least two threads that I have seen since the images in threads was implemented where people would find random pictures people have uploaded and post them.

I hardly think he uploaded it to his images without the intent of either posting it himself, or having someone post it in one of those threads.

Not commenting on whether he should be banned or not, that's the Admin's call. I just find it hilarious to watch you all scramble around to stand up for him and champion him like he's some sort of OOT god or something.

Well actually Belk it wasn't until after he was banned that we found out you could look at peoples images. Don't get me wrong, I'm not condoning him uploading the image, but I do believe that he honestly had no idea that anybody could look at the images a user had uploaded.

I seem to remember about two days after they implemented images someone starting a thread and posting someone elses images, but I have no idea when he uploaded the image in question. Either way, it's really very ignorant to assume an admin can't see what you're uploading on the site.

Why would you upload a picture (regardless if you knew anyone could look at them or not) if you weren't going to use said picture? It still doesn't make sense.

Well Rime I think he uploaded it to FUTACLUB who I believe had a private journal, and I'm not sure but is it still an offence to post images such as that to a journal if it is private? Of course HB was an idiot for putting it into his images section, but I assume that's the only place it would have gone, had he not been banned.
