When did the adress that came up when you typed in certain addresses turn into a website advertising gold?

What address specifically is that? We used to change urls that were in our forum banned list to something like cannotlinkto. This was latter changed after one day a gold seller got smart and registered that domain. That lasted about a day until it was caught and how removed url's are displayed now is different.
It certainly gave us a laugh though!
