Can't change filter settingsFollow

I select Never Filter, check the save box, then press Change settings. After doing that I get sent to a "Cannot find server - This page cannot be displayed" page.

I've closed my browser, deleted all my cookies, my clock is correct(aparantly someone mentioned that an incorrect clock screws up cookies, I don't know, but am willing to try just about anything).

I use IE, downloading firefox is not an option, since I am at work. So are there any other possible solutions I can hope to try to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance.

When that happens, your browser is unable to write the updated settings cookie to your machine. There are a few reasons this can occur. The first being temporary internet files folder is set too small. Try right clicking on the page and go to view source. If view source is greyed out, your temporary internet files folder is set too small. It could also be a corrupted or heavily fragmented temporary file directory. Try running disk defragmenter and checkdisk on your drive. If that doesn't fix it, you may have your security settings too high. Under internet options, try adding *.allakhazam.com to the trusted sites list.

If none of that works, your work ISP may be blocking things.

Ok well there is something seriously wrong with this computer, but I don't care enough to try and fix it. My hope is that it will blow up and I will get a new one.

Anyway, I'm able to view source so the temporary internet files isn't too small. I went ahead and ran a check disk, and a disk clean-up(can't do a defrag because it would take to long to justify during working hours). Then added alla to trusted sites, restarted computer, didn't work. So I took it off the trusted sites list, restarted IE, and wtf it's working, I can now see sub-default posts.

Serious issues with this computer but oh well, it's working now, and I don't care how. Thanks for the help.
