It's not so much a matter of being able to find it. it's more along the lines that if you expect me to expend the effort to go out of my way and find a thread and sticky it, you probably should at least make it easier on me by provideing a link otherwise i'm likely to say "well if they don't care enough to provide a link, i don't care enough to be ***** to sticky said thread" and then not sticky it.
