For the last several days, I've noticed problems with Nickserv, on IRC.

Whenever I log in, I have my usual Nickname, Catt.
Within 5 minutes of logging in, Nickserv switches me to a Guest# account.

When I try and go back in to re-register, or identify myself, it Disconnects me from the server.

This happens on both my IRC clients. I use Trillian at home, and ircatwork.com's client.

Yea, we do have some cases of nickserv being stupid... sounds like this may be one of those cases. We'll have to get someone to see if they can't maybe un-register that nick possibly to see if that helps. Not sure if that is possible though.

I tried doing a Release on my Nickname, but it's not being held, so It didn't do anything.

I did duel Nickserv this morning though.
