As a non-premium user we have something about graphical smilies next to "add poll". In the past you used to be able to access a page with most of the smiles easily. I'm guessing premium users still have this option but right now us who can't pay for premium just see "[ Premium users can use graphical smilies. ]"

Is there anyway we can get a hypertext link on "graphical smilies" or "smilies" so that those of us who still use them even though they only show up as text can still have easy access to them?

Apparently I fail. It's been months and I never even noticed that "Markup Help" button was there..
