Ok so I have sent two e-mails already with no reply, now I am posting here. I paid for 12 months of Premium service via paypal. The payment cleared 11 days ago and still I have add's and the website is suggesting I upgrade to premium. Can someone with the ability please look into this before I report to Paypal I did not receive my service in an attempt to re-coup my 30 bucks.

1- To whom did you send an email to? Depending on the headline you chose for your email some emails could get auto-sent to junk mail
2- Did you check your profile?
Also clearing your browser cache ctrl+f5 or shift+f5 to reload a page sometimes helps.

I think that with paypal, one of the admins has to physically go into your account and turn on the premium for however long you paid for. I don't know how to do that, or if I even can do that. Your best bet would be to PM Darqflame, I think she handles that sort of thing, and if not, she would know who to forward your PM to.

It's a long drawn out process... but if you can forward me a copy of your paypal receipt, I will activate you asap. Sorry about the inconvenience, I really hate that people have to wait so long.
