I'd have to say that it's a good idea to keep threads about the quality of the bud you smoke (or anything else you smoke, be it cat hair, tobacco or cocaine) to the out of topic forums.
That said, I don't have any problem with topics about Pot, or pictures thereof. I'd caution you that most people probably don't give a hoot, and might rate appropriately.
