Well, when I clicked the gif, he still only had like 50 posts. >:( He's over 160 atm.
I wonder if he'll manage to hit 200+ posts before he gets unrated...we almost have him there.
He keeps jumping up and down between SubD and Unrated. And he just broke 200 posts. 
He's using some kind of spam program? I want to ring his neck and slap some sense into him.

This is a serious question, not just simple complaining.
Why is it you haven't IP-banned the spammer or called their ISP about it? This is ridiculous, and they repeatedly continue to do it. Shouldn't you call their ISP?

I'll take a wild stab at this:
I'm betting reporting them to their Internet Provider is a pain in the ***. So basically, its easier to ban the spammers. Eventually though, the spammers get so annoying, that calling the Internet Provider is actually less of a pain than banning the accounts. Or atleast, that's how I think it all goes down.
