Invalid ItemFollow

Ever since I got an item from combining other items for a new SoF quest, I always get:

invalid item (1847619444) detected, exiting

This only happens on the char with the item and others it works fine on.

Any suggestions besides destroying the item?

I'm guessing this is with lucy's item collector? Which time is being created from the combine?

Yes sorry it was with the item collector.

The trouble item is a "Intraternal Timing Control Mechanism" but seems to be fixed since the patch.
