How do I cancel my Premium account? (was forum=1)Follow

I could not find any place to contact alla's Customer Servcie.. is there a phone number?.

When I click on my account, there is no option to cancel..

I may not have it now but I did but left EQ awhile ago and forgot to close this account. I got my credit card statement yesterday and I see where it was charged 29.99 for another year.

is there a number i can call to talk to someone about it please..

Yes please contact me with the first and last 4 digits of your card charged. If you may have another account, that name would be useful, as the account you are posting with has no premium service.
