why did I just have to break the filter to say tiny and url without a space between!? WTF!?

Mainly because people use that tiny-youknowwhat to hide nasty keylogging or other sites.

no, no that not what its mainly used for. And that not even remotely difficult to deal with without resorting to blocking the words tiny and url.

I've used that since before I used alla, and now suddenly today all my links are busted for no good reason.

People were using it to hide keyloggers. If you want your link to be shorter do this.
