cannot upload avatars?

I've been trying for over 12 hours to upload a new avatar jpg. Last night it was timing out and today it's giving me an error. Is it Alla's problem or just me?

I believe it's Alla, as Nixnot has said he's having much the same problem.

The upload gateway server is experiancing issues. We believe it is operational again as of now, but it may or may not be stabilized at the moment.

The good news is, I was able to make room for a new avatar, the bad news is, I get "Error: File upload failed." when I try to upload a new one. So close, yet not. Smiley: lol
