Item UpgraderFollow

I am having a problem with the item upgrader(or I am not using it correctly). It shows the gear I am currently equiped with ,but it does not show any upgrades. Is this s known problem or do I need to do something different. I remember it used to just show upgrades if you clicked on an item. As it is now, when I scroll over na item it just shows a blue pulsing line like it is trying to access data. I am currently using IE7. I dunno if that makes a diff or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
