New rating buttons

The new rating buttons are somewhat hit and miss. Sometimes they work to rate things and sometimes they refuse. Any help?

If replication is slow, or a web server is slow, then you won't see the result happen. But as long as it goes through, it'll work eventually!

Especially since we're still recovering from the DDOS =(
