I've made two posts in the OOT that never showed up. Am I just hallucinating that I made those posts at all, or is there a problem with the site?

This is a problem that I've gotten periodically ever since I started posting here.
I've never had a post or edit fail to eventually show up though, unless it actually spit back an error message at me upon trying to post. You're probably getting the same problem, so shouldn't need to worry~
