Coupon Code is not working on Gamestop/EBgamesFollow
I tried entering a newly generated coupon code and I keep getting the error > The coupon code you have entered is invalid, please enter another code or try again. I tried it in Firefox and IE just in case. I also tried it on EBGames and Gamestop which seems to be the same website just different graphics. I am trying to get the pre-order for Age of Conan.
We'll look into it, first report we've had of them not working that I know of.

Last time I tried to use the discount code was with the relese of the last EQ expantion. It didn't work. I contacted EB and was told the discount wasen't valid with items that came with bonus items.

Yeah, EB doesn't like to honor coupons/discounts for pre-orders, in my experience. Might be the problem.
Never had trouble using them on stuff that came with a free gift though (provided it wasn't a free gift with pre-order)...

I think you guys have figured it out. What I am trying to order is pre-order is Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures with Bonus which has a release date of 5/20. That sucks that they wont take the coupon code.
If you were close to where I live I could have my GF order it. She works there and gets a nice little discount.

I could be wrong, but I believe Draknorr(user 701) has been here a while.
What game are you trying that isn't working? If the code doesn't work for a specific MMO we'll contact them and get it fixed, it should be.

We didn't want to give him like user 9 or something, so 701 was the next one.
