I paid for premium access on the 3rd but still haven't gotten any of the features and account is still not enabled. Card was charged the 9.99 and got the email from ZAM Network.
Dunno if this is the right forum, I'd search forums but thats restricted too.

Could you email me your receipt? You can access the email link from your user page, upper right hand, so you don't have to remember it.

I'm having the same problem. Updated my Credit Card info on the 2nd, was then charged $29.99 that day, but account is still User only. Do you need to see my receipt also?
