WoW or FFXI?Follow

I have been a long time player of the FF series but also the same with all of the Blizz games. Especially D2.:P But I was just wondering what people thought about the two.

I really get into WoW and have a lot of real friends who play also; but I also wonder sometimes if FFXI is better in any of the aspects. Since I've played far more games in the series and beaten about every one of them, I wonder if maybe FFXI would be a better choice for me?

Anyone who plays both and could tell me the ups and downs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
