For misssion 5.1 - while all nations have the same final battle for this mission we don;t all have the same leaders to appriach for cutscenes. For both the Basty and Windy mission, the info provided is incorrect and is for the sandy mission .

For Basty Mission ( darkness Rising) you need to talk to Naji.

For windy version, you need to to talk to Star Sybil .
