I recieved a pop up asking me to run some kinda of program I've never seen before while lurking about, Idk what it was but I have the source code thingy if that does anything.
Apparently the thing that asked me to grant access that I said no to got access anyway and I now have a program called TX4 Addware and "TrojanDownloader" on my comp. I only use this comp for FFXI and alla so I am confident it is from here.

Cycling through our ads at the moment, I'm not getting similar prompts for anything along those lines. If there is something like that loading from here, it would likely be in the ad system. Do you happen to remember what banner ads were open on the page when you got the prompt? Also, do you use any other FFXI sites?

Still cycling through, Still nothing resembling this. Though we do have some really annoying ads. I'm beginning to suspect this isn't coming from our site. Can you check your browser history list and see if you visited any other sites in that timeframe?

I still have not been able to replicate this, nor have I had any other reports from other users regarding similar programs.

I would advise to add www.firefox.com to that list of sites you visit...
You got infected by an ad-based trojan, that uses Internet Explorer and ActiveX as a pathway.
(I call dhalmelpoop on your claim though... you do NOT only visit those two sites)
