I saw an ad just now?Follow

We're having a problem that whenever the ad server is restarted, everybody gets ads for about 30 seconds. The main problem is that every time I restart it to try and fix it, and it doesn't work, it gives everybody ads again! It's sorta a lose-lose situation. I'm going to wait until a more non-peak time to work on it more.
