[Wikibase] Header Formatting ConventionsFollow

Beginning to poke around with editing or adding pages to the WoW Wikia, but I had a question on formatting conventions... more specifically, for headers. An easy way to illustrate the confusion is, ironically enough, by using the guidelines page.

All of the headers (A is for Alphabetize, Common Terms) have the major words capitalized... with the exception of Conversations belong in forums. I've always been under the impression that it should have all words capitalized except for a, the, if and similar (and yes, I know there's a proper name for this group of words but I cannot remember it), but before I go around editing pages to 'fix' this I wanted to know if that was the accepted Wiki convention or not.
