DNC hasn't been added to any of the "Chakram" style throwing/return weapons. BLU hasn't been added to a few of them either.

Needs to be flagged for BLU and DNC:

Platoon Disc
Moonring Blade / Moonring Blade +1
Rising Sun / Rising Sun +1

Needs to be flagged for DNC:

Chakram / Chakram +1
Junior Musketeer's Chakram / Junior Musketeer's Chakram +1 / Junior Musketeer's Chakram +2

Ahh...didn't realize chakrams weren't flagged. >_<

That will change.
