There's a new pre-kara protection sticky that's been in the Paladin forums now. It's more updated than the last one and is being maintained by an active forum member, as opposed to our current one which hasn't been updated in months and we haven't seen him post in as much time. Also the new one I feel is better in it's approach to securing a good gear list, and it links the old one in it's post.
So I would like to (with your permission) sticky the thread entitled: Pre-Raid Uncrushability: A Paladin Tank's Guide and un-sticky the thread entitled: Defense and Mitigation

I think this is a great idea. Also, the new sticky does link in the old sticky, so everyone will still have access to the in-depth review of the mechanics behind Defense and Mitigation.
Honestly though - 95% of the people are looking for a gear list. This new Prot sticky delivers with clarity and accuracy. Very nice.

agreed. stickies with an AWOL poster are bad imo.
I'll take a look at it in the morning and if it's a good one, I don't see why not.
edit - in fact, I'll do you one better. If it's a really good guide, I'll even wikify it.
