Give sub-default posts less attentionFollow

I do not know if this would be difficult to implement or not, but it might be nice for threads where the OP has been sub-defaulted not to be bumped normally as posts are added. This may discourage trolling a little more as their threads fall more quickly off the front page.

I'd rather see an account score below sub-default. Once they have had their score dropped to this hidden rank they get a temporary mute, maybe 24 hour, then a week, then a month. Once the mute is over have it reset to sub-default.

This should take care of some of the more ignorant posters.
