Is it possible for the website to show up differently for different users? I liked the old set up a bit more. Its to bright.

You can view any forum using any existing template. Browse wow forums with the ffxi skin (cause the dull blues are easy on the eyes.)

Could you please explain how to view with a different skin? It's not very clear how to do so.
Replace the "wow" in the url with "ffxi" (works with other skins too).
The only downside, is that you lose access to the WOW menu bar, it will be replaced with the new style's menu. You can still browse forums though.
Or you just go to the other sites, and browse all forums, clicking on any one you want, not just the ones in the default list.

Google GreaseMonkey, you can use it to change whatever you want.
Also, I'd stick with it for a bit, it's not actually that bright it just seems that way as we're used to it being darker.
