WoW Character Upgrader Should Be Taken Offline Until FixedFollow

This thing is REALLY borked right now. I loaded in my 48 druid because I was bored and was looking at the upgrades for hats... It had 5 Leather hats that all required 301+ Engineering. Sorry, but you can't be a 301+ engineer until 55+. Then I was well that sucks. So I look at my next choices... Three more leather hats. All from level 65+ quests... I cant even get the quests for another 17 levels much less have any chance of completing them... Then the final upgrade... An item with no information on it at all...

Then I decided to take a look at other items. They are all pretty much the same. Quest rewards for quests 17 levels above me, crafted items I cannot make for another 7 levels, etc etc.

This was rather disappointing. Please take it down until it gets fixed =) We can't miss what we don't have available.
