Bug - NPC tooltips on instance list when searchingFollow

I've found that if I search for "Blackrock Depths" and click the link that appears in the results, I get a slow loading page that gives me the information minus tool tips on the NPCs. If, however, I go to the Quests->Eastern Kingdoms->Instance->Blackrock Depths menu, I get a different page which loads quickly and presents the same information, but including the tool tips for NPC names.

Seems to be the same behavior when I try other instances as well.
