Premium users of the forums are able to put a link to a WoW item in their post and have the item description/stats pop up when you mouse over the name of the item. Does this feature exist for use in the wikibase as well? I read the FAQs and the Guidelines but did not see anything mentioned as to how to do this. If this does exist, how do I do it?

You don't have to do anything extra. If the link is in the WoW_Item: namespace the wiki compiler inserts the code required to make the mouseover work.
