Drop down menu, forums and suchFollow

I would like a menu exactly the same as the main one (which you select forums/items/quests etc from) at the bottom of a page. I have come to the bottom of pages and wanted to return to a main page/forum and wanted to find my way easier. I know you can, but for functionality it would be easier to have the same menu accesible either end.

EDIT:(i was gonna try and fix my spelling and grammar but im too drunk, decipher it if ya can. I know, this has been massively helpful xD)
