Ads problem-locking upFollow

Just within the past 5 minutes trying to peruse the seraph server forums for FFXI my IE kept freezing up for a second before a box pops up asking me if I want to stop running a script that looks like its going to slow down and/or eventually freeze IE. So I click yes to stop and continue my browsing. It happened 5-6 times in a row, and every time it happened the ad box on the right side of the pages never shows up. The top one did, though.

So I came here to speak up, and it happened again, but this time to both ads. I got the popup box asking me to close 2 seemingly unresponsive scripts, and now I can see no ads as I type this. xD I took a screenshot real quick hoping it might help, which you can find here.
