It started when one of my images I had uploaded was nowhere to be found in my image overview, so I uploaded it again, only to have it show up twice now. Anyway, I decided to remove one by selecting it and using the Delete link. That just takes me to a page with the word "Screenshot" on it and gives me the ability to add a tag to it (?). So I went back to my image overview (there's no Back link, btw) only to see that the image had not been deleted.
Got tired of trying to remove the duplicate and decided to just upload a new, but the trick is that now new images won't show up either. It takes me to the editing page, but no image is being shown and when I click Commit it just takes me back to the image overview without uploading the image.
Edit: Apparently it's just a bit laggy, because now the deleted image is gone and I have a duplicate of the uploaded image (which I did try to upload twice), however, one image is heavily distorted as you can see below.
