I am speaking of the little plus signs that come up when a new post has been added. On all three of the browsers I use it does not go away until I refresh four or five times, the same goes for the new thread sign. It also does it on my work computer.

I use the newest version of Opera, Fire Fox, and now Chrome. At work it is an older version of IE.

I noticed it doing this to me for a while now. I use FF.

People actually use these icons? I just take note of which topics are boldface on the index...

I do, too, but if the thread is more than one page, I've noticed it stays bold unless you cycle through every page before you close out the thread.

It has been doing this to me, as well. I'm on the newest version of I.E. at work, and the newest version of FF at home, it happens both places.

I use the arrow that brings me to the last post and that doesn't unbold the thread. Mind you, I spend a ton of time here so I know what was said in every post in between as I spammed refresh so skipping to the last one is all I need.
