I've noticed something that's happening a lot lately on allakhazam. When I make a post the timestamp of the original post is off by 4 minutes, and if I edit the post it will indicate the correct time. So it looks like only OP timestamps are off,.

To exemplify my point I made a post in This Thread second from the top. I edited a small grammar adjustment and what resulted was

So unless I'm able to travel in time I somehow edited my post 4 minutes before it even existed?

EDIT: I can do it again here in this post too, it looks like the same thing happened.

so in the OP it shows I edited it on allakhazam by their time at 12:04, whereas y computer shows 12:00. I see.

I synchronize my computer clock with one of those internet atomic clock timeservers once a week to keep the thing as close to the correct time as I can. I guess if allakhazams servers haven't been synchronized in a long time that would explain the difference.

The best time paradox is when daylight savings causes us to go back an hour. If you make new posts in oldish/newish threads your posts can appear before other peoples quoting them. It's so fun. :p
