[everquest] wiki question

I see wiki entries with lines like:
{{EQ|root=y|slow=y|mez=y|summon=n|max=1500|flee=y|enrage=n|rampage=n}}

is this some sort of EQ template? It makes a nice display and I want to know more about this format.

Just what I was looking for!

It was impossile to find this on my own. Perhaps I'm just blind in one eye but you might put more refeneces to this someplace.
