I'm not exactly sure of your policy on this kind of thing, but this thread here appears to be a site owner advertising his/her site on the WAR forums. I can't really see any other reason why a user would sign-up on Sept 5 to make 1 post telling us about another site giving away free game cards.

Our policy on that type of advertisment, is that we will generally allow it if:

They aren't spamming the link in multiple forums
It isn't for some sort of banned service like RMT or powerleveling
It is of some possible interest to the community

It's definitly a grey area, and really situational. Obviously if its a major company and they appear to be gearing up for a major ad spamming campaign in our forum, we're going to have problems with that. The odd contest announcement and the like? I'm ok with that.
