Because this guy is making accounts intentionally to harass a poster in the Pandemonium forums who posted a story about his dog attacking his mom and her losing her bottom lip.
Wordaen already got one of his accounts, but he made another and is doing the same thing he got banned for. The new harassment starts here.

Thanks, and we told him to GTFO, but he's an anon sockpuppet there with the intention on harassing one poster over a RL emergency.
I am watching his IP daily to see if he makes any new socks. Soon as I see one it's dead. If he becomes a serious pest about it, more drastic measures will be taken.
