Question regarding game list forumsFollow

I've only just discovered that there are forums for a *ton* of other games on the site (smaller, I realize)...for example Ikariam. The navigation to get to these forums (unless I'm missing something) is somewhat elaborate and not particularly conducive to 1. discovery in the first place, and 2. continued contribution. While I recognize that adding every little forum to the main forum list might make the page too long or confusing, it seems like at least having a link to "Other Forums" on the Allakhazam forum page would be helpful, and then *that* page could have a link directly to the smaller game specific forums...or something of that nature. As it is now, and again, I could be missing something, one wishing to post on the Ikariam forum must go to www.allakhazam.com (I use the wow.allakhazam.com site, and couldn't figure out a way to even get to Ikariam from there), then click Game List, then scroll down to Ikariam, THEN click on the tiny forum link hiding away up there.

The implication of having a "Allakhazam Forums" page is that it's inclusive. I never even would have thought to *look* for an Ikariam forum if it wasn't listed there. I only happened to stumble across it this morning. We had a few Ikariam threads in the Asylum, but obviously, those only reached those who peruse the off topic forums and not others who may have been interested in participating.

Thoughts?

Oh, and yes, I realize that Allah linked over to the gamelist on the multigame forum, but it still seems like having the gamelist forums linked to from the main forum page would make them more visible and active for those visiting the site who aren't regulars. If folks are more inclined to just post threads about those games on the multigame forum, I guess it doesn't really make sense to have forums for the specific games. Too many forums for one small game makes it difficult for those who are actually trying to figure out the best place to get the information they need and connect to other players in any meaningful way.

There are quite a few upgrades I would like to see happen to the forum.html page. New content indicators, better arrangement of the forums so the more popular ones are easier to find, maybe site skin specific pages, or some sort of tabbed interface with those additional pages listed.

Some of those things have now been pednding for over 2 years.

Sure. I'll act as a reference as long as you implement anything I ask for in a timely fashion. Also, I'm unsure if I'm getting a 10k title now that Dana's gone, so you'd have to think of something snazzy. He may have set something up before he left though, knowing him.
